2. What data we process
The data you give us when you contact us through the form, email, phone or WhatsApp: name, email, phone, approximate date, number of guests, wedding venue, your message and how you found us.
When you send the form we also attach the page where you entered the website and the site you came from. This is stored only in your browser for the current session (sessionStorage) and is deleted when you close the tab.
3. Why we use it
To answer your enquiry, prepare a proposal or quote and, if you hire us, to manage the planning of your wedding or event.
We do not build profiles, make automated decisions or send you marketing without your consent.
4. Legal basis
Your consent when you send us your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). If you hire us, performance of the contract and compliance with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(c) GDPR).
5. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept for a maximum of 12 months. Client data is kept for the duration of our relationship and afterwards for the periods required by law (for example, tax and accounting).
6. Who else has access
We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. Our service providers process it on our behalf, only to provide their services: web hosting and analytics (Cloudflare, Inc.), the technical service that emails us the form, and our email provider.
Some of these providers may be located outside the European Economic Area (for example, in the USA). In that case, transfers rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. also processes your data under its own privacy policy.
7. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to [email protected] with the subject “Data protection”.
If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
8. Cookies and analytics
This website does not use its own tracking or advertising cookies. We measure visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify users.
The reviews section loads a widget from Bodas.net, a third-party service that may use its own technologies. You can read its privacy policy on bodas.net.
